Our Story
Hands Of Mercy For Needy Initiative was registered in Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission on 21st July, 2006 as a faith-based Non-Governmental organization to address certain needs in the society as part of our mandate to extend God’s love and mercy to people everywhere and contribute towards building healthy, sustainable Communities
It has a written Constitution, and registered Headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. Operational Offices to be set up in all key geographical zones of Nigeria and other Countries

Strategic Plan (2019-2024) – General Objectives
- Creating awareness on current health issues targeting all age groups/gender within the community and providing support to stimulate positive change
- Providing opportunities for sound, sustainable and affordable education adapted to local needs and circumstances in order to improve literacy levels.
- Promoting and mobilizing support for girl-child education and empowerment thereby contributing towards more equitable and sustainable community development
- Empowering vulnerable groups and improving better negotiating power in all areas of life through education and vocational skills transfer.
- Facilitating or supporting sanitation, health systems and services to all groups, targeting the difficult to reach, unreachable, poor, the vulnerable and the neglected, at normal and emergency situations.
- Implementing community development activities while engendering community involvement, participation and eventual ownership of local projects.
- Creating strategic youth empowerment programs targeted at their becoming more economically viable which increased overall productivity and reduction in crime rate
